•All TV Stand Superstore products are delivered packed for self-assembly unless specifically stated otherwise.
•We may from time to time change the terms and conditions that govern your use of the site. Your use of the site will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
•Payment is due at the time of placing an order. TV Stand Superstore must validate the credit / debit card details submitted by the customer before any order can be accepted. We do this via an 'instant' online credit check against the details you provide. Acceptance of the order will be communicated directly to you via this web site, and confirmed by email to the address you provide. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
•Delivery of your order will be made by a reputable 3rd party carrier, to the address given at the time of placing the order. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver within the period specified for delivery, TV Stand Superstore cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, however caused. The time for delivery is not the essence of the contract and the customer acknowledges that the delivery date is not guaranteed. TV Stand Superstore shall in no circumstances be liable to the customer for any losses, damages or charges incurred by the customer due to the late delivery of goods. A signature may be required on delivery.
•Delivery and collection are free to most UK mainland addresses. Charges may be applied for deliveries and collections to other locations. We will inform you of any charges prior to processing your order.
•All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative product or a refund in full.
•Goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of TV Stand Superstore. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery. Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock. If you decided to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. TV Stand Superstore will therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price - this applies to all made to order products when the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Made to order products cannot be returned after delivery. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to TV Stand Superstore. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. All non made-to-order products being returned will incur a £30 + VAT re-stocking fee.
•We guarantee that everything we sell is durable and dependable. All products come with a 1 year guarantee. If your product does not give fair wear and tear because of defective workmanship, or faulty materials, we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or refund your money. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
•We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this web site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend upon your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product will be accurate. All product sizes and dimensions are approximate and intended for guidance only.
